1. Describes a person who celebrates extensively only the good with one another, then goes into a almost hermit-like state when their friend is doing something thats not generally accepted by the masses.
2. Someone who only is there for the good times and bails on you for the rough, similar to a gold digger and a fairweathered fan.
My fairweathered friend Marcus, who will only accept me as an equal in real life and then turns to me as a "lesser" upon other peers of his over the internet.
