Fakn Bakn is when a person acts high even though he is not high when he is with friends who are high.

Two friends are hanging out. One friend gets high, the other does not. The friends then go chill and the friend that is high may act funny or do weird things. The friend who is not high will start to act almost identical and play along with the friend who is high hence "Fakn Bakn".
