A drink prepared to look, and even made to somewhat taste like an alcoholic beverage, but is in fact not. Often given to a jackass to prove stupidity, often resulting in them acting like an extreme frunk.
Bill: Dude, David is such a damn frunk.
Ted: What makes you say that, he's had like 10 of those things man.
Bill: Yeah, but it's fakohol, all it is is cranberry juice and diet canada dry!
