Falooda

What is Falooda?

A traditional Indian desert drink coloured in red most of the time (kinda like the juice a woman releases every "period"). The falooda seeds are optional since they don't really have a flavour, but they do add to the authentic look (a little like floating sperm!), and are actually very good for digestion in a hot climate.

That girl at the back of the Indian restaurant made some fine falooda. It was so red and tasty, Singh had to have some more, especially with the falooda seeds giving it that authentic look.
