Hanging up on someone (not really) and talking shit about them to someone else while they can still hear.
Casey: Oh my god, i was talking to Shannon last night and i false hung up on her and said some bad stuff. Then she called back and told me she heard. I was so embarassed.
Steven: I hate False hangups.
