What is Falsifier?

Someone who throws out fake statistics, fake facts, or fake occurences to back up their argument.
Nick just said he could guess the weight of any package in the warehouse + or - 3 lbs. I didn't believe him, so I picked out a package. He was off by 11 lbs. He is a falsifier.
