A picture taken by someone whom you most likely do not know, and will never come in contact with; that includes but is not limited to: the showing of titties, ass, vagina and or all of the above. Fan pics are commonly used with websites such as myspace or facebook.
A girl writing your name onto her bare breasts and taking a picture of it. Thus being a fan pic.
