What is Fan Whore?

A person who becomes a fan of EVERYTHING on facebook and leaves you with hundreds of updates on their most recent fandoms.
The fan whore is conniving in that they have the magic ability to convince others to join in their fanning madness, until one day you log onto facebook only to find that you, along with five of your friends, are a fan of hot showers and getting hugs.
These, of course, are things enjoyed by all, so exploiting them all over your page makes you an utter
Yesterday:
A became a fan of cupcakes!
Today:
Ten of your friends became fans of cupcakes!

Tomorrow:
C became a fan of i hate waking up in the morning.
B likes this.
The next day:
You became a fan of facebook should have a dislike button!

Individual who decides to be a fan of a particular sport, always chooses a team who is doing well in the sport when deciding which to team to be a fan of to receive instant gratification of fanhood.
A "fan whore" may be a bandwagon jumper, but they may also maintain their fandoom after the original winning and gratification wears off.
Bob is a "fan whore" because he became a fan of the 49ers (in the late 1980s), the Spurs (in the late 1990s), the Yankees (mid 1990s), Duke basketball (in the early 1990s), and Miami (FL) football (in the late 1990s).
