Fantapubitis is the common name for Grade 2
As with Gingervitis, there is no known cure and sufferers will mature at the same rate as normal teenagers. Fantapubitis is not sexually transmitted and so no additional precautions are required during intercourse (although you are a sick bastard if you do go through with it, and should probably have your head examined).
That chick has some big boobs but is totally suffering from fantapubitis.
