1. The act of visiting an online store, and filling your virtual cart with many items that you'd love to own, but won't actually buy.
2. A combination of fantasizing and shopping
Even though I had no money, I went fantashopping at oldnavy and lusted after the items in my 'cart' before shutting down the window.
