an extrememly eccentric person, often outcast for qualities of intense weird-ness, in the same gene pool as hippies and freaks. a farlee is charaterised by its brightly coloured clothes, bizarre hairstyles, multiple creative talents, contradictory musical preferences, discriminatory, inconsistent and rude opinions and bizarre facial expressions.
