Used in massively multiplayer online games, to have something on "farm status" means that the guild or group of players involved have mastered a particular encounter. It indicates that there is no challenge in the fight, and that the participants expect to easily win and get loot.

"How many attempts do you think it will take us to kill ragnaros?"
