What is Farndale?

When someone gets so angry they lash out. An un-called for punch in the face with a fist.
When person X was in the wrong place at the wrong time: Person A had just been shot by 3 bb pellets after surrendering, and, having been overwhelmed by anger, went Farndale and lashed out and hit person X in the face through an air-bed.
