Any plastic bag that one farts into and then seals it shut until it is opened in a friends unsuspecting face.

A lame human-being(mostly male wrestlers) who was once good at wrestling but no longer is.
A perfect example of a Fart Bag is Sting-Former WcW superstar who tries to relive his glory days on TNA and is always going down for the 1-2-3.
