What is Fart Roulette?

Where you are not sure if it one (a fart), but you spin the wheel anyway and take a chance. Usually played when sick. Sometimes ending with a change of underware, or a shower.
Man, I had the flu bad. I played fart roulette and hit the brown chips Dog!
