What is Fart Sponge?

When a person is farted on that person becomes the "fart sponge", and everyone is required to fart on that person until the day is over. The sponge can not be passed off unless while farting on the sponge said person sharts.
"I totally sponged Goldner last night, and I had some rank farts. He was the fart sponge all night."
