What is Fartjam?

Often mistaken for a variety of more serious gastrointestinal ailments, fartjam occurs when a fart tries to make its way to freedom but becomes lodged in the complex maze that is your colon. This leads to a build-up of pressure which causes severe stomach pain and bloating. The only cure for fartjam is to remove the blockage by "straining it out". This will result in a very loud, fast moving fart and sudden relief, allowing you to go on about your business.
Dude, my stomach hurt so bad yesterday that I thought I had cancer. Turned out just to be a fartjam, what a relief!!!
