What is Fastpants?

Fighter Pilot slang for an anti-G suit. They are worn by the crew members of high performance airplanes and contain air bladders that expand around the torso and the legs to help fight the blood-pooling effects of Hi G or acceleration loading due to aircraft maneuvering at higher speeds.
