What is Fat Cheese?

Dead/moulted skin cells combined with sweat collected amongst the folds of skin on a fat person. Eventually forms a thick "cheesy" substance.
Phrase is derived from "dick cheese" (smegma).
"I don't mind fat, but I'm not a fan of fat cheese."
