Variation of schadenfreude. Pleasure derived from discovering a friend, acquaintance, relative, classmate, celebrity, etc. has put on a considerable amount of weight. This is especially satisfying when the person in question is a former skinny bitch.

I couldn't help but feel fattenfreude over the recent tabloid pics of a bloated K-fed clutching pommes frites in both fists.
