A Fatty Paige is a girl who is usually at least 30 lbs or more overweight who thinks she is a sex object. She wears half shirts, low cut jeans, bikini tops with short shorts, fishnet stockings, belly rings and other things of that nature. They are usually tattooed heavily but not always and they are obsessed with Betty Paige for some reason, hence the name Fatty Paige.
