What is Fauxner?

An illusionary erection created when one sits down and their pants (usually jeans) bunch up at the crotch. This can happen to both males and females, and generally, the stiffer and baggier the jeans, the more impressive the fauxner. This word comes from the French word "faux," meaning fake.
"Dude, don't get near me with that thing."
"Oh don't worry, it's just a fauxner."
