What is Faux-rp?

Created by silverfirebolt on the G4 message boards. Originally created to make fun of RPs also known as role playing. Faux-RPs depict mundane subjects and subjects that should not be used to role play instead of fantasy and science-fiction used in real RPs.

Faux-RPs have often been copied and their popularity has been lowered since the deletion of the RP fourm on G4.

Bob: I think I'm going to make a faux-RP.

Jim: What's it going to be about?

Bob: Probably about making soup.
