Only slightly offensive but considered a light-hearted name for someone who doesn't deserve more harsher titles like F*cktard or F*ckwit. Can be used with good friends as a matter of course or as pet name for a colleague.
Playing snooker with a mate and he pots the deciding ball and wins the money..
