FDR stands for Flight Deck Regiment(or regime). It is the top secret organization that exists but really doesn't exist on Flight Deck of a certain company at a certain Merchant Marine Academy. It's members meet secretly to plan out spirit missions and other highly dangerous spec ops. The positions in the organization are as follows: The Judge, Magistrate, The Queen, Field Marshall, the Seaman, Constable,Commodore, General, Fabulous and the Jew.
The F.D.R. just owned main deck at water hockey.
