What is Fearorism?

Government use/manipulation of the public's fear of terrorism. This tends to be done in order to gloss over recent embarassment or to push otherwise unpopular bills through the system.
"That debate didn't go to well for Bush, he better push the fearorism level up to red tomorrow."
