can be used as a verb or noun
pete- hey i gotta bounce outa work early today
john- really? again
joe- wow thats the 3rd time he has federed out today
josh- when rob over there gets done with his work for the day he just makes up a fake appointment or something
sam- if he pulls another feder i think the boss will start gettin suspicious
