To feed the "boy", all you have to do is let your schmack "feast" or insert itself in a vagina, usually in a lewd sexual act. Or at least in a manner that involves placing money in the hands of the woman.
James: "What did you do last night Benny?"
Benny: "Well Joanna came over to the party at the Hammer's place, so I got her drunk then I let her feed the boy."
