Brutal and persistently negative feedback. A relentlessly caustic assessment aimed only at belittling rather than giving insight for improvement, often offered by someone who can't perform any better anyway.
Presenter: "Man, did I really suck that bad?"
Coworker: "Nah, man. You were aight. He just felt like giving you a feedbeating."
Presenter: "Weak."
