A mixture between Fedor and Igor. Usually said to guys you don't like, who can kick your ass. Ass kicker side is Fedor (Emelianenko), douche bag side is Igor (Anyone who's ever known an Igor can tell you this is true.)
A) fucking Fegor! - Negative use.
B) You little Fegor bastard - Positive use. Swears used for joking emphasis.
