A person - either male or female - who performs fellatio in a vigorous or ferocious fashion; i.e. ravenously like a raptor.
To qualify as a definitive fellaciraptor, the person's arms should be held in front of their chest, with elbows down and wrists dangling loosely; i.e. like a true raptor.
