An extremely greedy and super selfish person who hoards, collects, and spends money for his own sake, often at the expense of other people, and frequently through dishonest and manipulative means. Often characterized by a severe neurosis, where as spending money on others is the equivalent to physical pain.
Everyone threw in money for the tip except for Jesse, a total Felsot by all accounts.
