The act and/or expression of dipping one's genital sac (scrotum) into a gelatinous substance such as mayonnaise, pudding, wet jello, or bacon ranch dip.
Little Bobby was scolded for felunking in his mother's bowl of tapioca pudding. His testicles, however, were merely soggy.
