What is Felver?

A clan of crazy bastards that spread from the Midwest (mostly Indiana), to the lush panhandle of Florida. Most of them are police officers, they enjoy cold weather, fishing, and drinking! Felvers also have a penchant for Nascar, Hank Williams, Jr, James Dean (who hails from the Felver mecca, Fairmount, IN), and John Mellencamp (also from Indiana).
Do not aggrivate a Felver, because they are close knit, and will probably gather in large numbers to overcome an adversary.
Guy 1: Hey who's that over there?
Guy 2: It's one of those fuckin' Felver's
