A straight male who has feminine like qualities; can be described as "pretty" instead of "handsome", or can be considered both.
Many can be found in just about every series of Anime/Manga.
Ex: Howl (Howl's Moving Castle), Haku (Spirited Away), Sesshomaru (Inuyasha), etc
Someone who is considered a Femmie might have a womanly like air to them, &/or a delicate bone structure.
Person 1: " That hot guy was extremely lady like."
Person 2: "Yeah, he is a Femmie."
