What is Fenarious?

A word that sounds very much like nefarious that can be dropped when something is good or bad. It usually catches people completely off guard because they think its a word they already know but it doesn't sound quite right.They'll be afraid to call you on it for fear of looking like they have a poor vocab.
Q:What's up with that guy with dreads who stopped by the shop the other day?
