What is Festify?

1) The act of out-doing oneself during festivities.
2) Having undergone extreme festivities.
3) Acting belligerent due to celebrating too hard.
4) To initiate festivities.
(NOTE: you can NEVER celebrate too hard. But you CAN get too festified. Festify with caution.)
GUY 1 - "Dude, did you see that girl passed-out in the middle of the road at her own birthday party?"
