Fat Girl Who Thinks She's Skinny. I coined this term after encountering many of those really fat girls who squeeze their asses into size 3 jeans, causing all that excess blub to hang over the top. These girls are GROSS, and it is IMPERITIVE that they start wearing clothes that fit them.
An FGWTSS's torso is about three to four times the size of her bottom half, seeing as how all the fat is spewing over the top of her jeans.
