A fake hobo. those dumb people who standon the side of the road with cardboard signs that say "i'm poor, please help me" or are spelled wrong so it makes them look dumb like "have compashun, please give me munny" and stupid stuff like that. if you were a real hobo, how the hell would you have gotten the writing utensil to write that message on the bit of cardboard you have. huh?
"look at that fhobo, tell him to get off his ass and find a job.
"oh hey, don't hit that fhobo in the middle of the road."
