A silly Irish fool commonly found dawdling around the workplace canteen or reading useless information on the web.
This unfortunate little soul has little place in life, failing at most things miserably and finding small compensation in binge drinking, mingering and the obvious mistaken self belief of thinking one is funny.
Many examples found across the globe holding down inferior society positions and unimportant office jobs. Usually found waring their Grandfathers cardigans and sitting in brown coloured bedsits.
