Fictionary

What is Fictionary?

1.

A word that means absolutely nothing, and yet Brad insists that it means something. Best guess is that it means a dictionary with fictitious words. Fictionary would be included in that dictionary.

Suckadickasaurus isn't even a real word. You'd have to look in the fictionary to find it.

2.

(1.) noun: A dictionary comprised entirely of made-up (non-standard) words; a volume of words authored by someone other than an official Dictionary authority (Webster's, Britannica, etc.).

(1.) "Joe, an amateur wordsmith, thinks his fictionary contains words worth adding to the English language."

See dictionary, fiction, verbing, neologism

3.

Words that are compounded within your brain which you entirely make up and which make no sense to other people. Yet other people also have their own fictionaries

My friend Bart said, "Douchekebab" i do not know what he means by this term so it must've come from his fictionary

4.

To describe an alphabetised compilation of words that are slang, nonsensical or otherwise invented. Often these are corrupted or compounded real words or influenced through pop culture.

- 'Have you heard of the new word lesbro?'

- 'Yes, I read it in the fictionary.'

The Urban Dictionary is an example of Fictionary
