What is Figeon?

A pigeon of such noteworthy cunning it may well have been a Fox in a previous life.
Rather than fly to discarded food he will stalk the food before dropped and catch it after one bounce.

A large teenage male with the nickname 'Fudge' who incessantly twitches his head like a pigeon.
Fudge sure twitches his head a lot. What a figeon.
