A sex act where when the man is about to ejactulate he climbs on top of a wardrobe (or other piece of furniture) and shoots his load over his partner from a great height while making a "pakaah pakaah" noise similar to a seagull. Coined in Newquay July 2008.
I was being noshed off by your mum last night and just for shits and giggles I decided to perform a Filthy seagull and got her right in the eye.
