What is Fing Blap?

The act of approaching someone and taking your middle fingers and slapping them in the head or across the face with them. Then proceed to give them the fingers to their eyes and facial region.
You must yell "FING" when you commit this act.
Someone bumps into you at the mall. "Hey fuck you; FING, FING"
(you Fing Blap them when you get their attention)
