FIOTA (FE-oh-tah) n. 1. A highly recognizable individual who is a part of the oldest existing Latino brotherhood, who strives for academic excellence; exhibits the ideals of a gentleman, the talents of a prodigy, and the values of a brother - may also be suave with toxic levels of dedication and motivation.
