What is Fire Boat?

Similar to the Fire Boat Salute, but instead of urinating up in the air and onto yourself, you aim and arch it onto another person floating in the pool with you. Again, most easily performed by a male doing this onto another person.
I gave my girlfriend a fire boat yesterday when we where in the pool.
