Similar to "fuck yourself" but replaced with a more graphic term which increases the vulgarity. ..to "fist yourself" literally would to actually insert your clenched fist into your own vagina/anus.
John: hey, Bradie, you look like you've had too much to drink tonight, hand over your keys.
Bradie:.. fist yourself
