What is Fistpitting?

a somewhat form of mosh-pitting, in which the dirty metal heads stand around during a concert, or even just listening to a cd, and flop their arms around, with their hands in a fist. Usually practiced by a bunch of pussies that are too scared to involve themselves in a real mosh pit, which is also lame.
i'm not gonna take a shower for a couple weeks so i can go fistpitting at the disgusting $2 dollar concert next saturday.
