Any person(s) who wears Abercrombie & Fitch excessively in order to promote an image of affluence, or being a "prep".
This also extends to the brands which are similar to A&F such as American Eagle or Hollister. This is the suburban equivalent to the "gangsta" image which includes brands like Sean John or Roca Wear.

Yea he was wearing a way undersized polo shirt with a mooses picture on it and ripped jeans, which look like they have been worn by a homeless person, apparently a very fasionable homeless person.
