Simply put, this word can be used for just about anything just to confuse someone or to help them understand that you are stoned out of your mind and even you really dont know what you are talking about!

I was driving down the street when all of a sudden this fizzug ran out in front of me. I slammed on the brakes and the damn fizzug I was smoking hit the floor. So I pulled over, and yelled hey you stoopid fizzug look what you did, you made me drop my last fizzug. Asshole!
